Two including Indian origin businessman killed in firing in Canada

In Canada's Alberta province, two people, including an Indian-origin businessman (owner of a construction company), were killed in a firing in broad daylight while another person was injured. A local news channel reported on Monday that the shooting took place in a residential area of Cavanagh area in the province in the early hours of the same day and the authorities responded to the information. According to media reports, emergency medical services responded and reported that a 49-year-old and a 57-year-old man had died and a 51-year-old man was seriously injured. Police said the 51-year-old man is currently hospitalized with non-life-threatening wounds. The post-mortem of the dead persons is to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday. The deceased Indian has been identified as Buta Singh Gill, owner of a construction company. He had a good influence in the Punjabi community.
